About the role:As an AI Engineer, you'll dive into shaping the future of finance through agile and modern work methods. You’ll work on building real automations by embedding GenAI and LLMpowered agents directly into workflows and internal tools. To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Development of data structures, and reporting solutions practice
- Experience with data processing and ETLs
- Bachelor in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Practical experience of 3 years+ working as data analyst, software developer, engineer with python as main programming language.
- Experience with ML/AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow,
- Supervised/unsupervised learning, SVM, neural networks, CNN, optimization, overfitting, evaluation metrics, etc
- Knowledge of transformers, tokenization, embeddings, LLMs, RAG, etc
Good to have:
- Familiarity with Dev/MLOps - model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for AI/ML
- Experience with Cloud Platforms
- Experience with Agents / MCP frameworks
