Job Description
NeoWork is hiring Software Developers to join engineering teams at fast-growing U.S. companies. You will build, ship, and maintain features across the stack, working directly with product and engineering leads.
NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
- Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance and reliability
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern stack (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Node.js, or Python)
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Git
- Good spoken and written English for working with U.S. teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of your work
- Availability for overlap with U.S. business hours
- Based in Colombia, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations
