We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to drive our transition to the Dynamics Finance and Operations and D365 suite of products. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation in hearing healthcare, collaborating with a global organization.

As a member of the Software Engineering & Platform team within Hearing Care IT, you will contribute to developing software solutions that support our global retail operations. Our international and distributed team operates across multiple locations, with core development hubs in Szczecin and Copenhagen. We are looking for passionate developers to help deliver cutting-edge solutions to clinics worldwide.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, development teams, and key stakeholders to design and maintain a robust, scalable technical infrastructure. Your contributions will empower product and project teams to enhance customer services and drive business growth.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Implement integrations to interface D365 Finance and Operations (DFO) and D365 CE with other applications, utilizing methods such as the Data Management Framework, Azure APIs and Microservices, Dataverse, Datalake, and Synapse workspaces.
• Develop solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps Component Framework, etc.) and support related customizations.
• Conduct code reviews with colleagues and work closely with developers to ensure team deliveries.
• Review and provide input to technical requirements, staying updated on new object-oriented design trends and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines, standards, and best practices while maintaining high quality of delivered code through unit testing and agile processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the entire application lifecycle.
• Develop the pieces that will enable the other teams to do their work.

• Bring substantial experience in software development using technologies such as C#, TypeScript/JavaScript/React, and .NET.
• Hold a relevant technical education and have a strong grasp of REST API concepts.
• Have worked in an Agile software development environment with a quality-focused approach.
• Understand the software lifecycle processes and are committed to maintaining robust architecture, codebase, tests, and documentation.
• Are fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, D365 CE, the Power Platform, design patterns, and experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Storage, Cosmos DB or Service Bus, as well as Azure DevOps.

Due to the projects running in different countries and the international character of the team, some travelling will be needed, approximately 5 - 15 days a year.
