What We’re Looking For  

You'll be joining a team that builds and owns features across the full stack of MobiControl — SOTI's flagship Enterprise Mobility Management platform — using TypeScript/Angular on the frontend and C# .NET on the backend. We're a collaborative, agile team with high standards for code quality, a strong automated testing culture, and a track record of shipping AI-assisted tooling into our own developer workflows. What You’ll Do  

• Develop innovative solutions to tackle big industry problems 
• Write well designed, scalable, reliable, testable and reusable code by using best software development practices, clean code and solid principles 
• Provide technical guidance on the research and development of new products and services 
• Contribute towards the entire development life cycle of analysis, design, implementation and test 
• Detect, report, investigate, and fix product defects 
• Automation, including writing unit and integration tests 
• Optimize and apply best practices 
• Maintain high standards of quality for code, technical documentation, and deliverables 
• Collaborate on projects with an all-star team comprised of varying skill sets through code reviews and design discussions 
• Participate in brainstorming and idea generation activities 
• Stay up-to-date with advanced technologies in order to be able to provide the best solutions for new projects 

Experience You’ll Bring  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any STEM-related program 
• 1-4 years of professional software development experience 
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and Database concepts 
• Knowledgeable in one or more programming languages such as:  JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, Kotlin, C/C++, Python, Swift 
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue, or other frontend framework/library
• Good communication and problem-solving skills 
• Pride in ownership and passion for innovation
