We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with 4 - 6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong backend development experience in Java, hands-on exposure to AWS cloud services, and a good understanding of practical AI/ML workflows or integrations. You will work on building scalable APIs and optimizing backend services for performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications and architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services using Java.
• Implement and optimize data models and queries for AWS DocumentDB (MongoDB-compatible).
• Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage backend solutions.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, and maintain code quality, performance, and security.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, debug applications, and optimize existing systems.
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and software quality, staying ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of strong development experience in Java.
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Java (core and advanced), design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exposure to a product-based environment.
• Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with exquisite attention to detail and the ability to think strategically and logically.

Soft Skills

• Ownership mentality with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Clear communication across distributed teams; capable of driving architectural trade-offs.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution at scale.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model deployment strategies, and integration practices.
• Experience exposing ML models via APIs in a production environment.
