BI Publisher: Design and develop Oracle HCM BI Publisher reports, focusing on data models and interactive templates.
Dashboards & OTBI: Build interactive dashboards and OTBI reports to deliver real-time HR metrics.
Requirements Translation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements.
Quality Assurance: Unit test, debug, and optimise reports for accuracy and performance.
Oracle HCM Reporting: Hands-on experience writing and deploying BI Publisher reports and OTBI analytics.
Advanced SQL: Strong SQL knowledge for complex data extraction and manipulation.
HR Data Knowledge: A solid understanding of human resources data structures within Oracle HCM.
Communication: You must be able to communicate clearly via Google Meet and Chat with various stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide concise daily stand-up updates. This includes clearly expressing any blockers whilst producing reports and clarifying any questions before beginning work on new tasks.
