What We're Looking For (Inclusive Criteria)

• You write clean, maintainable code (in any language we use).
• You understand the fundamentals of software development (algorithms, data structures, design patterns).
• You are based in Saudi Arabia or are willing to relocate.
• You have valid work eligibility (Saudi national / Iqama transfer / applicable visa).
• You communicate well in English
• Junior, mid-level, and senior developers are all welcome. We value attitude and willingness to learn as much as deep technical expertise.
