At Ascom, we’re on a mission to develop the next generation Healthcare ICT and Critical communication. We work towards Acute Care, Long Term Care and Enterprise segments building Infrastructure, Software and Solutions.

We are now extending our Development team in Cluj Romania with a Multi-talented Software developer passionate for working the whole chain from Software architecture through Development and to Deployment as either Appliance or as a Service.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions—both as appliances and cloud services.
• Integrate software components, build configuration and deployment frameworks, and support product operations.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional, agile team where learning and evolving together is part of our culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in commercial software development, ideally in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in C/C++, C#, Python, and agile development tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Service, software management, UX-driven development, verification/validation, and DevOps is a plus.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to learn and grow with your team.
• Fluency in English and Romanian.
