As a new service, the team is aiming to build and operate in an AI-first way from the start, using AI-assisted development, automation, and intelligent operational workflows to improve how we design, build, test, review, document, release, and run the service. This creates a strong opportunity for engineers to learn, experiment, and shape modern AI-enabled engineering practices while working on a high-impact cloud platform service.

We are looking for an engineer with cloud experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, comfortable working on distributed cloud systems, and motivated to build reliable customer focused services.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will help design, develop, test, and operate components of Oracle Health AI. You will work with other engineers and partner teams to build scalable distributed systems, improve engineering workflows, and contribute to AI-enabled tools and automation that support code review, test generation, documentation, operational triage, release workflows, configuration analysis, and engineering knowledge retrieval. You should be a strong coder and distributed systems generalist, able to dive into different parts of the stack and understand broad distributed system interactions. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative agile environment, and be excited to learn.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
