The Attik platform serves as a central operating system for our family of companies, integrating scheduling, reporting, and communication tools to streamline daily operations. We’re looking for a Software Developer to help shape the technical foundation of our product and lead the development of our next-generation systems. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team where technology and innovation drive real impact across our family of brands.

You’ll work directly with the Product Development team to build, maintain, and enhance the core systems behind Attik. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong experience in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks, comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of the core system architecture and scalable infrastructure for Attik’s platform

• Lead end-to-end software development, from concept and planning to deployment and maintenance

• Collaborate directly with the VP of Product Development to align technical execution with business objectives

• Participate in product planning and decision-making, offering both technical and user-focused insights

• Strong experience in developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB or similar coding platforms

• Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Proven experience in system architecture, infrastructure setup, and full-stack development

• Background in DevOps or system integration preferred

• Experience working closely with product management or in a product leadership capacity

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and lead technical discussions

• A self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills

Strong Proficiency In:

• React / Next.js

• TypeScript

• Node.js and Express

• MongoDB

• React Native
