Software Developer – 12+ Month Contract

Location: Bangkok

Working Arrangement: Hybrid, Monday–Friday

Contract: Initial 6+ months, with potential
extension or permanent conversion

About the Role

Our client is
seeking a Software Developer to support the development and enhancement of its
enterprise applications.

You will work across
the full technology stack, building responsive user interfaces with Next.js,
developing scalable back-end APIs using C# and .NET Core, and optimizing data
operations across SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and
  user-friendly web interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Design, build, and maintain
  scalable back-end APIs using C# and .NET Core.
• Integrate front-end
  applications with internal systems and back-end services.
• Write and optimize queries
  across SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
• Troubleshoot application
  issues and perform system and database performance tuning.
• Produce clean, maintainable,
  and well-structured code.
• Participate in testing,
  debugging, code reviews, and application deployment.
• Collaborate with technical
  and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support the ongoing
  improvement and maintenance of existing applications.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of
  professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of React and
  the Next.js ecosystem.
• Solid C# and .NET Core
  development experience.
• Experience designing or
  consuming RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with
  relational database management systems.
• Good SQL skills, ideally
  covering SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of application
  performance optimization and database query tuning.
• Strong analytical and
  problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently
  and collaboratively within a development team.

Contract Details and Benefits

• Initial contract duration of
  6+ months.
• Potential contract extension
  or permanent conversion, subject to client approval.
• Hybrid working arrangement in
  Bangkok.
• Six days of annual leave
  during the initial contract period.
