We are seeking an experienced UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in our product development process, working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver seamless and impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research using various methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
Design user interfaces following best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
Leverage design systems to ensure consistent design across products.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and ensure design feasibility.
Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and management.
Act as a bridge between design, development, and business teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the design process.
Facilitate design review sessions, gathering feedback and iterating on designs.
Work directly with Product Owners to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
Ensure that designs align with business goals while maintaining a user-centered approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and ensure successful implementation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system for scalability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with experience across the full product design lifecycle.
Proven experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including design systems and complex interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
Solid understanding of design systems and how to leverage them for consistent, scalable designs.
Experience working with Product Owners to gather and translate business requirements into design solutions.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with design systems in a scalable environment.
