1. Server management software architecture design, feature design document, feature test case and feature implementation.
2. Study cutting edge server management technologies.
3. Utilize tools, especially AI tools to enhance productivity.

5. Sort complex server firmware/hardware functionalities. Present functionalities clearly and precisely.
6. Clarify issues and cross-team/department work to fix issues
7. C++/C development for cross OS Linux/Windows/Unix/Hypervisors/UEFI support.
1. Good communication skills in English for cross time zone global support.
2. Team player, self-managed and self-motivated.
3. The following experience would be a plus:
a) Management software development for server firmware update/configuration/control.
b) Linux/Windows/Unix/UEFI shell driver development.
c) ESXi HexDK and NDDK driver development
d) Software architecture and software design pattern
e) Unit test framework, test plan and unit test
f) C++17/C++14 programming, C++ cross compilation
g) UEFI EDKII application development
h) Large scale and multi-thread design
i) Continuous integration framework with git/docker/cmake/jenkins
j) Scrum/Agile teamwork
k) UML and OOAD
l) Bash/C Shell script
m) Other high level programming languages: python, go lang etc.
o) BS or above degree in Computer Science, or related degree or equivalent experience.
p) For Sr. Software Design Engineer, 5+ years of software work or equivalent experience.
q) For Software Design Engineer, new graduation or no experience is welcome.
