Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and formalize customer business requirements
• Lead workshops and business meetings to frame customer needs
• Define optimal functional solutions aligned with customer objectives
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation
• Ensure a clear and shared understanding of requirements across R&D, QA, and delivery teams
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct user training workshops on delivered software solutions

Profile & Requirements

• Software engineering background or business degree with strong IT orientation
• First experience in IT consulting or business analysis is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
• Curious, autonomous, and eager to learn new topics
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand multiple perspectives
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable using AI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, workshop preparation, solution design, and productivity optimization
