I denna roll kommer du att ansvara för den dagliga administrationen av mjukvarulicenser och digitala tillgångar som används i våra HVDC-anläggningar världen över. Du arbetar med hela livscykeln för mjukvara – från behov och inköpsinitiering till användning, uppföljning och avveckling.
Rollen är administrativ och processdriven. Du behöver inte ha en bakgrund inom mjukvara eller elkraft, men du bör ha ett tekniskt intresse. Det viktigaste är att du är strukturerad, kommunikativ och trivs med att skapa ordning i komplexa miljöer.

Hitachi Energy supplies grid technology to more than three billion people worldwide. We are now looking for a Software Asset Management Administrator to join our HVDC team in Ludvika.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily administration of software licenses and digital assets used in our HVDC installations around the world. You will work with the entire software lifecycle—from needs and purchasing initiation to usage, follow-up, and phase‑out.
The role is administrative and process-driven. A background in software or power systems is not required, but an interest in technology is valuable. The most important qualities are being structured, communicative, and comfortable creating order in complex environments.
How You´ll man an impact
• Administration of processes and tools for Software Asset Management
• Inventory and follow-up of software assets and licenses
• Coordination of purchasing, allocation, and retirement of licenses
• Monitoring of costs and compliance with license terms
• Documentation of procedures, instructions, and ways of working
• Support to global users and project teams in license-related matters
Your Background
• Strong communication skills and an educational approach
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative work
• Strong computer skills and experience with Office tools
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and accurate manner
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English
Meritorious
• Experience in Software Asset Management or license administration
• Experience leading improvement initiatives
• Experience working in global organizations
• Experience with process and workflow management
