At Dennemeyer Technology, our mission is to provide, digitalize and automate Dennemeyer core services and technologies by connecting them to a #onedennemeyer tech ecosystem.
Our goal is to make our standardized platform services, including the Group's backbone payment processing technology, available to other business units of Dennemeyer as well as to market them to external customers worldwide through integration with their platforms, web and software applications.
As part of our Dennemeyer Technology business unit, you lead the development of our API and Data Exchange Platform including the following responsibilities: coach and lead the development team in all technical matters. Design and provide future-proof solutions using latest container technologies to develop our platform features, in line with the company’s strategic goals. You will work closely together with the business line lead, product managers and technical teams to ensure the product’s revenue, customer satisfaction, and quality goals are met.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate and provide technical leadership in all phases of a project from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery
• Design and architect future-proof solutions to meet product requirements
• Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document
• Apply best practices and ensure that quality and security standards are met
• Enhance our API and universal data exchange platform
• Collaborate with developers to ensure best product
• Code, troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and secure functionality
• Ensure optimal and transparent communication across multiple teams involved in the product’s life cycle
• Establish work necessary for a complete product and break work down into discrete tasks and deliverables
• Work with IT infrastructure teams to securely deploy, automate and maintain applications

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related field
• +3 years of experience in a software architect / technical lead position
• Proven track record of leading and coaching development teams
• Be passionate about software design and architecture
• Understanding of Conway’s Law
• Excellent knowledge about OOA/OOD, Micro Services, DDD, CQRS, TDD, SOLID
• Profound knowledge in docker and kubernetes
• Excellent knowledge of the .NET technology stack
• Good knowledge about SQL
• Proven experience in agile software development practices like Scrum
• Knowledge of No-SQL databases is considered as an asset
• Knowledge of front-end technologies is considered as an asset
• Familiarity with the Intellectual Property industry is considered an asset

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
