We are seeking an experienced SoftwareArchitectto design, guide, and deliverintegrationcentricsoftware solutions that align with both businessobjectivesand technical standards. This role plays a critical part in shaping system architecture, driving technical decisions, and collaborating withcrossfunctionalstakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

  • Translate business and functional requirements into endtoendarchitectural solutions

  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architecturesfor backend services, APIs, web, and integration platforms.

  • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and coding guidelinesacross projects.

  • Own and document architectural decisions, including tradeoffs, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Selectappropriate technologiesand frameworks aligned withlongterm platform and integration strategy.

  • Produce andmaintaincomprehensive technical design documentation, including solution blueprints, highlevel and lowlevel architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and endtoend design workflows.

  • Ensure architecture documentation clearly communicates system interactions and integration flows to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Integration & System Design

  • Lead the design of systemtosystemintegrations, including RESTful APIs,eventdrivenand asynchronous patterns.

  • Define integration strategies addressing performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

  • Ensure versioning, backward compatibility, and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations.

  • Design and implement eventdriven and messagebased architectures to support loosely coupled and resilient systems.

  • Leverage messaging and streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, and cloudmanaged queue services (e.g., Amazon SQS) whereappropriate

Quality, Security &NonFunctionalRequirements

  • Define and ensure compliance with nonfunctional requirements(performance, availability, resilience, observability).

  • Embed securitybydesignprinciples, including authentication, authorization, data protection, and encryption.

  • Collaborate with QA and security teams to ensure system stability, risk mitigation, and production readiness.

Delivery Oversight & Governance

  • Provide architectural oversight throughout thedevelopmentlifecycle, proactivelyidentifyingand addressing technical risks.

  • Participate in technical reviews and governance forums to ensure consistency with enterprise standards.

  • Support project planning by contributing to technical roadmaps, milestones, and feasibility assessments.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

  • Clearly communicate architectural concepts and decisions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Facilitate collaboration acrosscrossfunctionaland geographically distributed teams.

Mentorship & Continuous Improvement

  • Mentor developers and engineers on architecture, design principles, and emerging technologies.

  • Conduct training sessions andknowledgesharingworkshops.

  • Identifyopportunities for innovation, modernization, and continuous process improvement.

Platform & Infrastructure Architecture

  • Define and promotecontainerbasedarchitectures to ensure portability, consistency, and efficient application delivery.

  • Design and guide container orchestration strategies using platforms such as Kubernetes to support scalability, resilience, and automated deployments.

  • Collaborate closely with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure containerized solutions meet operational, security, and reliability standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6+ yearsof experience building enterprisegradesoftware systems.

  • 2–4+ yearsin an architect or senior technical leadership role.

  • Proven experience deliveringlargescaleapplications across diverse platforms and environments.

  • Strong analytical,problemsolving, anddecisionmakingskills.

Technical Skills

  • Strongexpertisein Javabasedbackend development(Spring, Spring Boot).

  • Proficiencyin modern frontendtechnologies(Angular, React, Vue.js).

  • Experience with microservicesarchitectures, REST APIs,GraphQL, andWebSockets

  • Solid understanding of authentication and security mechanisms(OAuth2, JWT, SSO).

  • Experience with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP) andcloudnativedesign patterns.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment strategies.

  • Handson experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance optimization.

  • Handson experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

  • Experience designing and supporting eventdriven systems using distributed messaging and queueing technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, or equivalent).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile application development(iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter).

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies(Scrum, Kanban).

  • Experience working in multicultural or globally distributed teams

  • Exposure tolegacy modernization and incremental migration strategies.
