The Private Networks Line of Business at Ceragon Networks specializes in integrating best-of-breed partner technologies and solutions to architect and deliver comprehensive, tailor-made connectivity solutions for enterprise and operator customers. Reports To: Software Support & QA Manager

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of OEM‑branded software and internally developed E2E by Ceragon applications. This role validates product functionality through a combination of manual testing, exploratory testing, and automated UI testing using frameworks such as Selenium and Robot Framework.

The position works closely with development, product, and engineering teams to review requirements, design scalable test approaches, identify defects, and support continuous quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Review product requirements, design documents, and technical specifications to understand scope and expected behavior.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
• Conduct functional, reliability, performance, and exploratory testing.
• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
• Execute automated regression suites and analyze results.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Automation Development

• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Robot Framework.
• Support the expansion of automation frameworks.
• Participate in evaluation of Vaadin TestBench.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Defect Identification & Collaboration

• Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects.
• Verify fixes meet acceptance criteria.
• Communicate risks and quality concerns.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare QA reports, test summaries, and release readiness documentation.
• Maintain test environments and test data.
• Contribute to QA standards and process improvements.

Requirements

What are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software QA.
• 1–2+ years of UI automation preferred
• Experience with Linux, Windows, scripting, MongoDB, networking concepts, Selenium, Robot Framework, Vaadin TestBench.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Quality‑driven mindset.
• Effective collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to evolving tools and technologies.
