You provide software and application expertise and analysis to support implementation of the strategy and the solution.

How you will contribute

You will provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application. In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Development & Analysis:

  • Assist in writing ABAP code to identify "Used vs. Changed" objects (Transports, Notes, or Support Packs) to find the execution gap
  • Map technical SAP objects (Tables, T-Codes, Programs) to functional Business Processes using Business Process Hierarchy (BPH)
  • Help build the "Relationship Tree" in the tool to show how a backend ABAP change affects frontend Fiori or GUI transactions along with test cases to execute for regression
  • Access standard SAP tables for extracting data

Test Automation & Integration:

  • Use qTest APIs to automatically identify and pull relevant Test Cases that cover the impacted SAP objects
  • Parse JSON/XMLs for qTest / TOSCA Payloads
  • Consume REST APIs / Services for integration purposes

Infrastructure & Collaboration:

  • Manage the Infrastructure / Platform / On Prem Server for scale, connectivity and compliance
  • Work with product owner for backlog refinement and driving exploration stories
  • Work with multiple vendors and encourage collaboration for specific software or applications

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In
addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
