BangkokSoftware and Platform Development Manager

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Systems Analysts and Full Stack Developers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and project managers, to capture requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for digital solutions, covering requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Manage on-site deployment and application operations, including troubleshooting support.
• Implement and oversee best practices for coding, version control, code reviews, and testing to ensure a high-quality codebase across the development team.
• Drive the use of Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team efficiency, automate processes, and ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Implement monitoring tools and KPIs to track, evaluate, and optimize the performance and reliability of digital solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and development practices, encouraging their adoption to enhance team capabilities and solution offerings.
