Charleston County EMS is seeking a skilled professional IT Software Administrator to administer and support multiple software systems used across the department, such as UKG/Kronos, PowerDMS, Guardian Tracking, ESO (patient charting), and several others. This position will work closely liaising with our County IT Department, as well as other County departments to coordinate software use and support, assess departmental needs for software, maintain user access levels according to business needs, make best practice recommendations for software and databases, and analyze business processes and workflows, recommending/creating automated systems and workflows as needed.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68,140 - $89,252 (Estimated Annual Salary)

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and desktop and mobile computer platforms, knowledge of SQL and relational database design; skilled in effective communication with others, both verbal and written, using technical and non-technical language; ability to work independently, ability to train others, ability to prioritize multiple activities in order to attain goals and objectives; ability to use logical and creative thought processes to develop solutions.
