UACCRM | Athletics

-Assist in planning and conducting practices, drills, and training sessions
Provide individual and team instruction to improve athletic performance
Support game-day preparation, strategy, and in-game decision-making
Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback
-Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes aligned with program goals
Communicate with recruits, families, and high school coaches
Support retention efforts and student-athlete engagement
-Promote academic success and monitor student-athlete progress
Mentor athletes in personal development, discipline, and teamwork
Reinforce institutional values and expectations
-Assist with travel planning, scheduling, and logistics
Help maintain equipment, uniforms, and facilities
Support organization of camps, clinics, and fundraising activities
-Ensure adherence to NJCAA (or applicable governing body), conference, and institutional rules
Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requirements
Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
-Represent the softball program positively within the college and community
Participate in outreach, events, and promotional activities
