Responsibilities

• Take the necessary direction from Service Manager regarding cleaning operations and any other tasks related to the site.
• Understanding the overall work schedules, allocating & supervising the day to day work assignments of the team Members.
• Responsible for Creating a courteous, friendly, professional, work environment through open communication between team, other departments and also with the client wherever necessary.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Brief and communicate with all cleaning staff on all business related information and operational related matters.
• Support health and safety coordinators, ensuring all cleaning staffs are fully conversant with the dangers of their role and specific tasks.
• Deliver cleaning services to pro- actively support operations at site.
• Engage at site level with client, customers and general public and to remain calm, confident and polite at all times.
• Ensure critical potential business damaging information is communicated effectively to services manager.
• Ensure work assignments are completed within the specified time frame.
• Maintain discipline of all cleaning staff within area of responsibility. Respond efficiently and effectively to all cleaning related incidents.
• Responsible to verify the service completion & checklists.
• To plan, control & maintain the material supply for facilities operations
• To update stock records & asset records
• Execute the jobs to meet company’s QHSE requirements.
• Ensure the workgroup under his supervision to follow the company QHSE policy & procedures.
• Arrange necessary PPE to the workgroup under his supervision.
• Consult with the workgroup under his supervision on QHSE aspects.
• Correct any unsafe action, unsafe condition of the site.
• Report any near miss, dangerous occurrences, and incidents.
• Contribute to incident investigation.
• Attend QHSE meeting.
• Participate in team for hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Aware the workgroup under his supervision about QHSE aspects.
