What you'll be doing:

In this role, you’ll support Sales & Operations Execution at a market level by turning data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance. You’ll work closely with Sales, Commercial, and Planning teams to ensure the business has full visibility of results, risks, and opportunities. You’ll play a key role in enabling strong decision-making, helping teams stay on track to deliver their targets while improving the way performance and inventory are managed across the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and coordinating inputs for S&OE forums, clearly highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Delivering accurate and timely reporting on campaign, category, and channel performance.
  • Tracking excess inventory levels and managing reduction plans in line with business targets.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to turn insights into action plans.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of actions and flagging gaps or risks to delivery.
  • Supporting forecasting by providing insights into demand, performance, and inventory positions.
  • Delivering deep dives on categories and channels to support key decisions.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency as a local data steward.
  • Sharing insights and best practices with regional and central teams.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, performance analytics, or commercial analysis.
  • Strong experience working with sales, performance, and inventory data.
  • Exposure to S&OE, S&OP, or inventory/excess management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, disciplined approach.
  • Confident communication skills, able to explain insights to non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
