About the role/What you'll do: 
About the Role / What You’ll Do
As a Cloud Security Architect within Sodexo’s Global IT Security team, you will play a key role in securing the company’s cloud ecosystem during a major global digital transformation. You will analyze cloud security challenges and define security requirements for projects, including those linked to Data/AI platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Cloud Security Architecture & Governance
  • Define technical and functional security prerequisites for major cloud projects.
  • Ensure alignment with IT and security strategies (identities, integration, data platform).
  • Review Azure and GCP services and define security requirements. 
  • Draft, define, and roll out cloud security policies, directives, and guidelines.

2. Project Leadership & Implementation Lead cloud security projects across the full lifecycle:
  • Requirements definition
  • Evaluation and testing
  • Solution selection
  • Contract negotiation
  • Implementation

3. Cloud Migration & Workload Security
  • Assist regions/BU’s in migrating and deploying workloads to Sodexo public cloud environments.
  • Analyze business and IT requests impacting cloud security and propose mitigation measures.
4. Risk Assessment & Protection Measures
  • Assess security risks in major cloud or business projects before go‑live.
  • Define appropriate measures to protect systems and data.
  • Apply frameworks like ISO 27005 and eBIOS for structured risk analysis.
  Education & Experience
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (MS preferred)
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Information Security (architecture, consulting, audit).
  • Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with public cloud, especially Azure and GCP. 
  • Fluent English and French
Technical Skills
  • Strong foundational knowledge across networks, systems, databases, and applications.
  • Cloud security architecture skills across Azure/GCP.
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies (ISO 27005, eBIOS).
Cloud certifications preferred:
  • Azure AZ‑500, AZ‑30x
  • SANS SEC545
  • Security certifications nice to have: ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
