Social Worker - Somerset - Full Time - Annual salary starting $82,000 (depending on experience) - 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday including occasional weekends and holidays - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate home-like environment in a state-of-the-art-community - The Social Worker will carry out and maintain person-centered quality care for participants to maximize their well-being and quality of life. This includes coordinating and planning social and educational programs and interventions to meet their defined needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• MSW and BSW from an accredited College or University required.
• Certified or licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners (LSW or CSW).
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care Experience and 1 year supervisory experience in a health care setting.
• Geriatric experience strongly preferred.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.
