Job Description

Liquid Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Referral and Assessment Team in Kingston upon Thames.

Salary: Up to £45,750 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 Welcome Bonus + £3,000 Market Supplement

About the Role

As a Referral and Assessment Social Worker you will:

  • Carry out high‑quality assessments and interventions

  • Work closely with families, partner agencies, and multi‑disciplinary teams

  • Complete short term work to meet needs and prevent long term involvement

  • Contribute to safeguarding, planning, and delivering positive outcomes for children and young people

  • Uphold AFC’s values of inclusion, fairness, and child‑centred practice

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Relevant Social Work qualification

  • Completed ASYE

  • Active Social Work England registration
