Job Title: Social Worker - Private Mental Health Hospital
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: £38 per hour

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for it client's Private Mental Health Hospital team located at Hertfordshire.

This is a full-time position within a specialist mental health service that provides a stabilising and therapeutic environment. The aim is to work collaboratively with individuals to prevent further escalation of behaviours, improve quality of life and promote long-term independence.

Treatment Focus Includes:a

• Building strong therapeutic relationships
• Mental health recovery and relapse prevention
• Physical health and wellbeing
• Overcoming problem and risk behaviours
• Recovery from substance misuse
• Developing and enhancing coping skills and strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting psychosocial assessments and care planning
• Supporting discharge planning and community reintegration
• Liaising with families, carers, and external agencies
• Advocating for patients’ rights and wellbeing
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and reviews

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker with current registration
• Experience in mental health or inpatient settings preferred
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and organisational skills
• A compassionate, collaborative approach to care
