Job Title: Social Worker – Private Hospital
Location: West Sussex (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £38 per hour

Are you a compassionate and experienced Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist mental health setting? Join our client's dedicated multidisciplinary team at a private hospital in the picturesque village of Midhurst, West Sussex.

Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Social Worker to support adults receiving care and treatment for eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and atypical eating disorders. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their recovery journey, working closely with families, external agencies, and our client's internal clinical team.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will be,

  • Providing psychosocial assessments and care planning
  • Supporting patients with discharge planning and community reintegration
  • Liaising with families, carers, and external services
  • Advocating for patients’ rights and wellbeing
  • Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment reviews

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
  • Experience in mental health or eating disorder services preferred
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
