Position Details/Preferred Qualifications
Previous work in an acute care setting is strongly preferred. This position works with all adult patients, in all units of the hospital. The social worker will perform psychosocial assessments, work on complex cases, social determinants of care, provide community resources and referrals, and supportive care. The position is 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with rotating weekends and rotating holidays.
