Job Title: Adult Senior Practitioner – Multidisciplinary Community Social Care Team
Location: London Borough of Newham Council
Rate: £32 per hour

Requirements:

  • Strength-Based Assessments: Conduct assessments focusing on the strengths and capabilities of individuals.
  • Person-Centred Support Planning: Develop support plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of individuals.
  • Long-Term Support Arrangements: Establish and manage long-term support for individuals with complex needs.
  • Mental Capacity Assessments: Perform assessments to determine individuals’ capacity to make decisions.
  • Court of Protection Work: Engage in legal processes to protect individuals who lack the capacity to make certain decisions.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
