Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Mental Health Teams within a progressive South West London Borough. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward‑thinking service that invests heavily in its staff and promotes career development.
Salary up to £50,000 (dependent on experience)
£3,000 retention bonus (every 2 years of service)
32 days annual leave plus bank holidays (40 days total)
Hybrid working arrangements

Undertake assessments of individual and carer needs, risks, and strengths to promote independence and prevent harm
Work in partnership with service users and carers using a person‑centred approach
Apply core social work values and principles to guide professional practice
Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice in line with strengths‑based practice
Registered with Social Work England
Successful completion of ASYE
Post‑qualifying experience within Adult Social Care
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and local authority responsibilities in safeguarding vulnerable adults
