About the Role

Our Teams
The Mental Health Hospital’s Team supports the residents of Leicestershire and Rutland. Working alongside health partners, to ensure that the patient receives a safe, person centred and coordinated discharge. You will be required to visit in-patients at Mental Health Hospital’s.
The Assertive Inreach Team is a new service funded by Better Care. Assertive Inreach assist hospital patients with mental health difficulties to maintain their finances during an in-patient stay, link to community resources and ensure that they are ready for discharge. You will be required to visit in-patients at the Bradgate Hospital and other wards linked with the hospital around the county.
Assertive Inreach work with individuals that are resident in City, County and Rutland.

The teams hold weekly Group Supervision Meetings, to promote the best possible outcomes for the people we work with across Leicestershire. This includes tailored continuous professional development sessions and access to academic research and practice expertise to develop skills, experience and inform our employees’ practice.
