Reporting to the Manager or designate, the incumbent will provide services to adults who are involved in Primary Health Care programming. The Social Worker - BSW provides services as a member of a multidisciplinary team. The incumbent will work collaboratively with community groups, agencies and other professionals within the community. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

• 1 year experience in Social Work

Education

• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Ability to work and communicate in a cross cultural setting
• Knowledge in development model of recovery (SMRS)

• Knowledge of current trends/issues/best practice strategies
• Knowledge in ethnic and cultural diversity
• Knowledge in program and community development process
• Ability to be flexible and willing to change

• Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
• Community nursing experience is an asset
