Our social work services at Rainbow Centre aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through the delivery of quality services that support and empower these individuals, their family members and the communities around them so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives.
Bringing to each case an understanding of the biopsychosocial concerns of families and the influences of family, community and cultural differences, the Social Worker is responsible for providing high quality and effective case management. The Social Worker acts as a liaison between the client, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and support services and advocates on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the necessary assistance to live as independently as possible.

Rainbow Centre, Singapore envisions a world where persons with disabilities live Good Lives. Through practical education, meaningful support and effective training and partnerships, we create opportunities for our clients to fulfil their potential and participate in society. Registered as a charity in 1992, Rainbow Centre, Singapore is an Institution of a Public Character.
We run a range of services and programmes to support children and youths with autism and multiple disabilities, from early intervention to Special Education (SPED) and various vocation and enrichment possibilities. To serve adults with disabilities, Rainbow Centre is building a diverse range of programmes including the Disability Case Management Programme, a life coaching service for young adults designed to enhance inclusion, befriending and self-employment services for families.
