This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced social worker to have a meaningful impact supporting children with complex disabilities and their families, while fulfilling key safeguarding duties and statutory responsibilities as part of the Trust.
About the role:
Complete assessments to inform care plans, including Children and Families, Risk, Parenting, and Sibling Assessments
Develop care plans with respite support and behavioural strategies for children with disabilities and their families
Support professional standards, develop specialist practice, and advise on disability-related cases
