Job Description

Permanent Opportunity | Salary up to £47,532 + Bonuses | Hybrid Working

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Assessment Team within an East London Borough. This is a meaningful opportunity to support children and families while contributing to a service recognised for their commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete high‑quality, analytical single assessments within statutory timescales

  • Ensure the child’s voice is central and clearly evidenced in all work

  • Work collaboratively with Health, Education, Police, and partner agencies

  • Manage cases in line with Child Protection Procedures

  • Support children and families to address unmet needs and reduce the need for statutory intervention

Requirements

  • Completed ASYE

  • Registered with Social Work England

  • Experience working with children and families

  • Right to work in the UK
