Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Assessment Team within an East London Borough. This is a meaningful opportunity to support children and families while contributing to a service recognised for their commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
Salary up to £47,532 (dependent on experience)
£2,500 welcome bonus

Hybrid working arrangements

Complete high‑quality, analytical single assessments within statutory timescales
Ensure the child’s voice is central and clearly evidenced in all work
Work collaboratively with Health, Education, Police, and partner agencies
Manage cases in line with Child Protection Procedures
Support children and families to address unmet needs and reduce the need for statutory intervention
Completed ASYE
Registered with Social Work England
Experience working with children and families
