Key Responsibilities:
• As a social services assistant, you will assist with the implementation of social services programs in your facility.
• You will check in with residents on behalf of the social services department.
• You will assist in the day-to-day duties of the coordinator and director.
• You will engage in activities and processes directed by your director.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or better in social work, human services, or a related field, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skilled nursing experience, preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
