We are looking for a Social Media Specialist (US) to execute and manage our day-to-day social media presence for the United States market.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for publishing, optimizing, and managing social content across key platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. The role is centered on translating brand and campaign strategies into culturally relevant, high-performing social content aligned with US audience behavior and trends.

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work closely with design, editing, and creator teams to ensure content quality, consistency, and timely execution, while continuously optimizing based on performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the social media content calendar for the US market.
  • Publish, coordinate, and manage daily content across social platforms.
  • Adapt global and brand strategies into platform-native content tailored to US audience behavior.
  • Identify and leverage trends, formats, audios, and cultural conversations relevant to the brand.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and creators to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor content performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Track and analyze key social metrics related to growth, engagement, and reach.
  • Propose continuous optimizations based on results and audience behavior.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and development of new content initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, storytelling, and visual identity.
  • Support the integration of campaigns, launches, and key brand moments into organic content.
  • Manage social media tools for scheduling, organization, and reporting.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, digital trends, and consumer behavior.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management or content marketing.
  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts focused on organic growth and community building.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience working with content calendars and publishing workflows.
  • Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant brand content.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Affinity or experience within wellness, fitness, supplements, or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Advanced or native-level English (written and spoken).
  • Portfolio or examples of social accounts or content managed previously.

Technical Skills

  • Solid knowledge of native social media metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Later, Sprout, Metricool, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of platform dynamics, formats, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
