• Social Media Specialist manages all accounts at BeInMedia.
• The position is responsible for managing and creating original, innovative, and engaging content to fulfill business goals.
• As a Social Media Specialist, you are responsible for handling our social media presence to ensure high levels of traffic and customer engagement; engage influencers; manage our community.
• Responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.
• Creative content development and strategy/story-telling techniques.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns to draw actionable insights.
• Community management and customer service skills.
