About this role:

This role is the operational backbone of enterprise social media enablement, ensuring platform continuity, governed content distribution, scalable onboarding, and uninterrupted support. It enables compliant, high-volume social media participation for client-facing teams across Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Payments and Liquidity, and Consumer Banking and Lending.The impact is consistent brand presence, reduced risk, and faster growth across lines of business. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MOThe Wells Fargo job profile is Marketing Consultant


In this role, you will:

  • Platform Operations Support day-to-day operations for enterprise social media platforms to ensure uptime and continuity

  • Content Governance Lead content creation to meet regulatory, risk, and brand standards across all channels

  • User Onboarding Support onboarding for new users across Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Payments and Liquidity, and Consumer Banking and Lending

  • Workflow Management Manage workflows that enable timely publishing and approvals at enterprise volume

  • Risk Partnership Partner with risk and legal teams to enable compliant platform use and content posting

  • Performance Analytics Track platform usage, reach, and adoption to inform program improvements

  • Frontline Support Lead frontline support to resolve issues and maintain service levels

  • Risk Controls Execute program controls that reduce operational risk as the user base expands

  • Vendor Management Coordinate vendors and tools to support global rollout and sustained performance


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing enterprise social media platforms with governed publishing models

  • Experience scaling onboarding programs across large, distributed user populations

  • Experience supporting regulated content distribution across multiple external channels

  • Experience designing workflows that enable high-volume publishing and approvals

  • Experience monitoring adoption, reach, and performance metrics at enterprise scale

  • Experience coordinating vendors and tools to support global program operations
