  • Identify opportunities to expand the role and impact of X and LINE within CHANEL's communication ecosystem and translate social and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.

X Growth & Paid Amplification

  • Lead organic and paid amplification initiatives to strengthen account health, increase brand-related conversations, and expand CHANEL's Share of Voice on X.
  • Identify and recommend activation opportunities that enhance the visibility, engagement, and overall impact of CHANEL's presence on the platform.

Social Listening & Share of Voice Analysis

  • Monitor consumer conversations, social trends, sentiment, and CHANEL's Share of Voice across Digital & Social Media.
  • Deliver insight-driven reporting and strategic recommendations to identify opportunities for brand equity growth, communication optimization, and increased Share of Voice.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of X, LINE, and broader social media ecosystems.
  • Experience with social listening and social analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Native-level Japanese communication skills and business-level English proficiency.

Preferred

  • Experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium consumer brands.
