What You’ll Do:

  Be the on-camera spokesperson and personality for Slash Staffing’s social content

• 
  Create short-form videos that speak directly to job seekers about new roles, hiring tips, and what makes working with us unique

• 
  Post regularly on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• 
  Build trust and engagement with followers—especially remote workers

• 
  Use trending sounds, challenges, and formats to boost reach while keeping content aligned with our brand

• 
  Feature real success stories from candidates we've placed

• 
  Collaborate with our team to keep the content pipeline relevant and impactful

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  Confident, friendly, and great at speaking directly to an audience

• 
  Strong understanding of what appeals to remote workers in the Philippines and Latin America

• 
  Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Facebook—especially how to attract engagement

• 
  Experience creating or appearing in video content (portfolio links welcome)

• 
  Bonus: knowledge of remote work culture, recruiting, or the BPO/VA industry

• 
  Able to edit basic videos using apps like CapCut, VN, or native tools
