We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Social Media Moderator to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support across our social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages and comments across social media platforms.
• Answer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and other details.
• Assist customers in choosing the most suitable products.
• Receive and record customer orders accurately.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and delivery when needed.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain fast response times and a professional tone that reflects the brand image.
• Monitor comments and messages regularly and ensure no customer inquiry is left unanswered.
• Report recurring customer feedback and common issues to management.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional writing style.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle different customer situations and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service, social media moderation, or sales is preferred.
