Job Description


This is a remote position.


Positioned within an evolving UK-based property marketing agency, this role is critical for driving high-level digital engagement and providing strategic marketing oversight for a portfolio of elite, 7-figure business owners. This is a part-time, long-term contract role requiring
10 hours per week

to start, with scope for increased hours as the organisation scales.


We aare seeking a highly competent and intuitive specialist to manage the end-to-end social media presence and marketing workflows for high-net-worth clients. This role balances creative content production with rigorous project management, ensuring that premium brand standards are met and marketing plans are executed with precision two weeks in advance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Content Creation:

    Produce high-quality graphics and compelling copy using Canva and Claude/ChatGPT, ensuring all content resonates with a sophisticated property audience.

  • Video Post-Production:

    Edit and optimise short-form video content using CapCut to maintain a modern, engaging social media presence.

  • Proactive Channel Management:

    Execute manual posting and monitor LinkedIn and Instagram messages to ensure seamless client engagement and community management.

  • Operational Oversight:

    Maintain marketing schedules within Planable and log all activity in Monday.com, ensuring no client comments are missed and plans are consistently prepared.

  • Insight & Analytics:

    Generate weekly marketing oversight reports via Claude to provide data-driven feedback and trend analysis for continuous service improvement.


Requirements


  • Proven Competence:

    Extensive experience in social media management or digital agency roles, specifically supporting high-level stakeholders or premium brands.

  • Reliability & Intuition:

    A track record of working independently, contributing proactive feedback, and anticipating the needs of a scaling entity.

  • Organisational Excellence:

    Ability to manage strict deadlines and complex marketing schedules without oversight.

  • Market Awareness:

    Capability to research and identify emerging social media trends to keep the agency at the forefront of the industry.


Preferred Qualifications


  • A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create content for high-value business owners.

  • AI Tools:

    Claude and ChatGPT (Advanced Copywriting).

  • Design & Video:

    Canva and CapCut.

    Monday.com.
