Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage multiple social media accounts for entertainment productions. This client-facing role involves strategy development, campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Client Proposals & Strategy:
- Assist in developing social media management plans
- Create effective, results-driven strategies for entertainment productions
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
Content Management:
- Develop and publish content across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Manage multiple production websites concurrently
- Engage with users and respond to social media inquiries
Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze social media performance data
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research
- Develop and present reports to clients
Collaboration:
- Work with team members to align strategies with company goals
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of Social Media Marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with social media trends and current entertainment
- Active user of social media platforms (both personally and professionally)
- Interest in and knowledge of Japanese Anime/Manga
- Proficiency in Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet
Preferred Qualifications
- Entertainment industry experience
- Social Media advertising experience
- Japanese language skills (speaking and reading)
