We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to own and elevate our global social media presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that build brand awareness, engage our audiences, support business objectives, and showcase this brand as a thought leader in enterprise technology.
You’ll partner closely with brand, content, product marketing, PR, employer branding, and sales teams to tell compelling stories across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's and business goals
Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement
Create and curate compelling content (copy, visuals, short-form video) that resonates with technical, business, and executive audiences
Partner with internal stakeholders to amplify product launches, campaigns, events, customer stories, and thought leadership
Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to produce high-quality, on-brand assets
Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and actively engage with followers, partners, and influencers
Track performance using analytics tools; report on KPIs and optimize content based on insights and trends
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices—especially in B2B and enterprise tech
Support employee advocacy and employer branding initiatives through social channels
Manage social media tools, workflows, and (if applicable) agency partners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B brand, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible social content
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for brand voice and tone
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, native analytics)
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing performance
Excellent collaboration and project management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale brands
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid amplification
Experience with video content, live social, or executive social presence
Understanding of storage, cloud, infrastructure, or data management markets
