We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketeer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Drive sustainable organic growth through audience engagement, content planning, and community-building initiatives.
Create compelling written content, captions, and marketing copy tailored to different social media platforms.
Manage and oversee daily social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and audience interaction.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
3–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
TikTok Ads Manager
Google Ads
Social Media Management Tools
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and performance analytics.
Experience working within the Design, Fashion, or Clothing Industry will be highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
