- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and cohesive content strategy across channels.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with international audiences.
- Community Building: Foster meaningful connections with our audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building a loyal online community.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
- Email Marketing: Support email marketing efforts by aligning social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives.职位要求Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on Western platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and trends, particularly in North America and Europe.
- Strong knowledge of Western culture, with the ability to tailor content and strategies to resonate with international audiences.
- Creative thinker with a proven ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset, with experience interpreting social media metrics and using data to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with a passion for building and engaging online communities.
