About the Role:
Google is looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives for Google’s global client projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and analytics, to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid media, social media, content marketing, and SEO.

  • Collaborate with internal and client-side teams to align on goals, strategies, and performance metrics.

  • Manage and optimize media budgets to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and oversee content creation for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

  • Drive innovation in digital marketing strategies by staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), SEO/SEM, content creation, and analytics tools.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability.
